Tactics: Campaign Concept, Booth Design, Email Campaign, Landing Pages, Paid Digital Ads
Exhibit design is where brand strategy gets physical. There’s no scroll, no second look — a booth has seconds to catch attention and give a sales team something worth talking about.
For Abiomed’s STS cardiology booth, the concept grew out of the company’s “I AM ABIOMED” positioning — a shift from showcasing the device to showcasing the lives it saves. Large-scale graphics featured three real patients, each saved by a different Abiomed device. Exterior panels used bold product naming and clear hierarchy to pull attendees in from the aisle, and the outside images matched the inside story — so the emotional case was already building before anyone stepped through the entrance. Supporting digital ads and email campaigns extended that engagement before and during the show.
For ZOLL Itamar, the SLEEP conference — their largest annual event — called for something impossible to walk past: a six-foot-tall mobile phone structure promoting the SleePATH app, anchored by the image of a sleeping patient, the goal for every person suffering from sleep apnea. The oversized installation became a visual magnet, drawing traffic and encouraging interaction on the floor. One-pagers, landing pages, digital ads, trade advertising, and email campaigns carried that same message across every touchpoint, translating complex clinical benefits into something a passing attendee could understand in seconds.
In both cases, the goal was never flash and dazzle. It was building environments that support real sales conversations, communicate brand leadership, and leave a lasting impression in genuinely competitive medical spaces — proof that the best booth designs don’t just get noticed. They get remembered.
